Mürver, İstanbul’s first live fire restaurant, opened its doors in 2017. We have been using the best produce we can find and of course mostly local and seasonal ingredients since day one. We dry age our meat and fish. We make ingredients in-house wherever we can like our sucuk, cured beef and pickles.
We are inspired by the deep culinary culture of the region. We grill, smoke, bake and stew our food using a variety of wood, charcoal, nut shells and aromatic plants as our source of heat. We try to keep it honest, straight forward, contemporary, non-gimmicky and, above all, tasty.
We offer a wide selection of great wines, while highlighting local producers and indigenous varietals.
Mürver’s large terrace, home to both the restaurant and the bar, offers unbeatable views of the Bosphorus and Istanbul’s historic peninsula.
